Return & Exchange Policy
Please follow these instructions very carefully.
ROPE COACH, will accept exchanges on products still intact and/or on defective items within the 30 day warranty period, which starts when the customer receives his or her merchandise. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please provide a payment method on the form below.
To Return or Exchange an item, please fill out the form here. Upon completing the return/exchange form, you will receive an email confirmation from a ROPE COACH Customer Service team member. Please include a copy of this form with your return or exchange.
ROPE COACH will charge a 20% restocking fee for all items with tags intact. In order to receive a refund, products must also be accompanied with proof of purchase (receipt or order number). Opened packages, used items, or items not accompanied with a proof of purchase will receive no credit. ROPE COACH will not be responsible for shipping charges on returns and or exchanges.
